1. The Right Buyers

Buyers do not buy homes BECAUSE of the advertising; they buy because they have visited the home internally and like the home. Our highly skilled sales consultants can qualify all enquiries and choose which buyers are most suited to inspect our properties without having huge numbers of “lookers” through your property. Buyers constantly tell us that they like the fact that we are available to spend hours with them if necessary especially on weekends, when many other agents are caught up with Open for Inspections. Our sales consultants currently conduct up to 50 qualified buyer appointments every weekend, showing all of our properties.

Research has shown that 90% of buyers buy a different property than the one they initially enquired about. Can you imagine an agent saying “Thanks for your cheque for $3,000 we sold 2 other properties from your ads, so here's your refund because we still haven't sold yours”? It just doesn't happen. They're more likely to ask you for another cheque (or commitment to pay) for more adds, more open for inspections and more of the same result.

2. Why Pay Twice?

If it was as simple as placing an advertisement and conducting Open for Inspections, Sellers can do those themselves. Why pay Twice? Commission and advertising!
