Just wishing to express our thanks for the professional, open and transparent manner in which you and the Tim Altass team completed the sale of our property at Bundara Street, Morningside.

 As we noted in our initial discussion before your appointment, we had previously received less than satisfactory assistance from other agents on past properties we sold who pushed the expensive marketing route, twice weekly open houses, auction campaigns, retrospectively conditioned us on price and acted more for the purchaser than ourselves in contract negotiations.  The Tim Altass Group agency methodology, so well presented by you, addressed all these areas of concern for us with targeted marketing (at agency cost), qualified purchasers, and a team acting in concert for the vendor under realistic expectations, which lead to our contracting the agency.

 Results were seen within only a week of marketing with several qualified inspections leading to one of the potential purchasers entering contract negotiations. In this respect we must also note our thanks to Mr Peter Watson who completed the negotiations during your annual leave (and thank you also for your making yourself available to discuss strategy and progress during that time), with Peter implementing the strategy expertly.  This demonstrated to us how effectively the team environment operates within the agency.
